Defaultly, all of the price that we quote is based on the trade term of Ex-work(if customer does not mention other trade terms during communication). It means our pricing are quoted according to the raw material cost, factory rental cost, machine management cost and human expenses.

Due to our product feature, our customers often require sample evaluation after the design is confirmed. The authorization of the sample is considered as the processing standard for the wholesale order. Webslingness is responsible to make the delivery upon the assurance of meeting the product standard.

Technically, we’re free of responsibility once the products left our factory. But there is many risk during the delivery of the goods. To release you from worries, Webslingness provides:

• 1 year of factory warranty for the new product(unused product), customer need to take the photo or provide relevant data or evidence. The warranty does not cover damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the product, unauthorized alternation to or change of parts or components of the product, act of God.
