The Composition of Logistic Strap
- The Webbing
Most logistic straps material is polyester tie down webbing, but you can choose different materials according to your specific needs. Normally, the logistic strap has two parts, a short end, and a long end. The length of the short end is fixed and the long end is adjustable.
- Tension Device
There are two types of tension devices normally. The ratchets are used to tension the ratchet straps and have a heavier working load limit. Another device is a cam buckle and cam buckle strap suit for tie down the fragile cargo with a lighter working load limit.
- End Fittings
There are a lot of end fittings for the logistic strap, such as E Track, S Hooks, Flat Hooks, Wire Hooks, Extension Chains, etc. You need to choose different end fittings according to different applications.
